This issue is Volume 3 Number 6 from October 2016. The cover story is "The Aurora Borealis or the Northern Lights." Also featured is an installment of Hugo Gernsback's "scientific fiction" story of Baron Munchhausen and his travels to Mars. Gernsback is credited as the creator of the "science fiction" genre. In 1926 he became the publisher of the first exclusively science fiction magazine, Amazing Stories.
